Brill for Congress

Announces Campaign Kickoff Event

February 18 at Elks Theatre Ballroom

PRESCOTT, AZ, February 8, 2018—David H. Brill, M.D., has announced his candidacy for the U.S. House of Representatives from Arizona’s 4th Congressional District, and invites all to a campaign kickoff event on Sunday, February 18, 4-6pm, in the historic Elks Theatre Ballroom, Third Floor, 117 East Gurley Street in Prescott.

“It’s time for the citizens of Arizona’s 4th District to have a representative in Washington who listens to them and looks after their real interests,” said Dr. Brill. “My hope is that the event on the 18th will give us a chance to meet, talk about citizens’ concerns, like healthcare and economic opportunity. I want this to be the beginning of a full-term dialogue.”

Dr. Brill, a resident of Prescott, is running as a Democrat and a pragmatist. “It’s time we moved past polarity and paralysis in Congress, and focus on solutions that work now, without burdening the next generation.”

Until recently the manager of Primary Care services for the Northern Arizona Veterans Administration, Dr. Brill also pioneered their  TeleHealth program. He also brings extensive private-sector experience, as corporate medical officer for a Fortune 500 company, and the entrepreneurial founder of three small businesses in the health-services industry. All told, he estimates that he has saved hundreds of millions of dollars in healthcare spending, while improving overall services and how they are delivered.

Arizona’s 4th Congressional District covers much of western and central Arizona, including Yuma, Kingman, Payson and suburbs of Phoenix.

Blue Wave in Wisconsin

A lot of people are frustrated with how things haven’t been working in Washington.  Those of us seeking to go to Washington need to demonstrate that we can listen to serious frustrations on both sides, and bring them together to something reasonable. Any pundit who thinks they know what’s going to happen in this year‘s elections should probably get some get some counseling.

Health Care is Now the Largest U.S. Employer - The New Steel

This article was written by a colleague.  There are now more jobs in healthcare than manufacturing or retail, and it's growing fast.

But they're not all good jobs.

In Arizona we need to create good jobs.  We have huge opportunities in solar.
